fill in and information on how long it will be before you receive your
recording. The process can take up to two weeks from ordering to
receiving your recording.

You will receive a confirmation email, together with a questioner to be
returned by you. The are
questions are related to explaining your problem, this is treated with
full confidentiality and is never discussed with any third person. Your recording
will be posted within about two weeks
generally. During this time you may receive an email from
us to clarify certain questions we may have. These emails will not contain
anything other then questions related to the creation
of your recording.
The £45 covers the cost of the time to create a script (hypnotic suggestions /
visualizations)
the recording
of the script, CD and posting.
At your request your recording can be mailed to
you on CD or tape or you can also receive a digital download upon
completion for instant use on your computer or mp3 player.

About Confidentiality?
No worries, no one will ever know about anything that you have disclosed
to us for your personal recording. Your recording can arrive in normal
wrapping not disclosing any of the contents and the surface print of the
tape or cd can simply say whatever you want it to say. We
will keep a copy of the recording, in case you loose or damage yours.
To
order a copy will only be £10 inclusive. We can not guarantee the copy
to be available, do to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances. We
will never pass your private email on to any other party
If you don't want us to keep a copy that is okay, we
will delete it.
