Pre-payment has to be made in all cases and the payment can be made through Pay Pal to 
You will receive a confirmation e-mail together with a questionnaire to fill in and information
on how long it will be before you receive your recording. The process can take up to two
weeks from ordering to receiving your recording.

No worries, no one will ever know about anything that you have disclosed to us for your
personal recording. Your recording can arrive in normal wrapping not disclosing any of the
contents and the surface print of the tape or cd can simply say whatever you want it to say. 

We will keep a copy of the recording, in case you loose or damage yours. 
To order a copy will only be £10 inclusive. We can not guarantee the copy 
to be available, do to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances.

We will never pass your private email on to any other party

If you don't want us  to keep a copy that is okay, we  will  delete it.
